Professor Ken Engerrand will present "The Francis Scott Key Bridge and the DALI: What to expect in the litigation." He has taught admiralty law for 46 years and been involved in major maritime disasters for nearly 50 years. Topics will include injuries, deaths, property damage and economic loss arising from the collision and defenses available to the owner and operator of the DALI, including the 1851 Limitation of Liability statute.
