Michael Schroeder of Sdii-Global will present a one-hour TDI approved program on "Roof Types/Materials/Systems, Damage Identification, and Common Areas of Concern on Commercial Roofs."

This course is designed to provide the insurance professional with useful information pertaining to roof cladding materials commonly used, some insight into identification and classification of the different types of damage that can occur to roofs, as well as common areas of concern on commercial roofs.  The various types of roof cladding conditions to be discussed in this course include: storm damage, mechanical damage, deterioration due to age, maintenance and repairs, and areas of common concern on commercial roofs.
