Matthew Pearson of Pearson Legal will present "Advanced Property Insurance Claims Update" at HCA's August 11, 2021, luncheon meeting., 11:15 am, at The Palm, 6100 Westheimer, Houston, Texas 77057.  This one-hour course is TDI approved. It contains recent insurance case law and trends in the federal and state courts' treatment of key provisions in property damage policies.   Attendees will learn about the policy provisions often relied upon by the carrier to avoid or limit the payment of claims and to curtail the policyholders' rights and remedies under the policy.
