Attorney Steven Badger will present a 2-hour CE program, "Insurance and Public Policy Issues Arising from the 911 Terrorist Attack" at the January 11, 2023 CE luncheon meeting. 

The program will include his pursuit of the insurance industry's $5 billion subrogation action against those alleged to be responsible for the destruction of the World trade Center Complex, all of the insurance issues implicated by the attack, and previously undisclosed facts relating to the events leading up to September 11 that provided the basis for the subrogation actions.
